remember what a mala is all about To those who have disparaging comments, a couple of thoughts. First–a mala is not meant for a “show off” piece of “jewelry” to impress people at the office. It’s used for mantras, not for oohs and aahs. Second, ok, it’s made in China. There’s a gentle soul who has been living in exile for over half a century in India who prays for these Chinese,with a mala, and loves them also. Remember this when you wish to trash a purchase.
