eh… Mine are brown not black and have a smelly oily film on them that is not pleasant. Some of the beads have a flat side which I find distracting while trying to meditate. I ordered BODHISEED MALA and love them. I will be returning the ‘black’ beads and keeping the bodiseed ones instead.
