Substandard workmanship and not exactly as pictured. The item doesn’t look exactly as pictured (but still pretty close). But worse, the assembly was done by a person who had absolutely no pride in their work. The snaps were punched too close to the edge of the leather and the cuts are jagged. Overall, it’s usable, but if I’d know what I was getting was of this poor quality, I would not have ordered it.
