NOT as pictured. These were a lovely shade of purple & a great price. Unfortunately, instead of the silver butterfly pushback backs as shown in the picture, mine came with cheap clear plastic dome backs. The dome backs are way out of proportion as they are much larger than the amethyst balls themselves. They might work for someone with single piercings (I have 3 in each ear) or someone without a nerve disease that affects their fine motor skills & manual dexterity.
