Good deal and sturdy design! When I first ordered these I thought they were the screw on type of balls, so I spent a good minute trying to unscrew it. Little did I know that the ball just pops right off. I had four pair of these to put on by myself, so by the second pair I got pretty good at putting them on. You just need to align the divots on the ball on either side of your finger and just push it into the ring part of the earring. After you feel a click, that means the ball is in!
