To smell the sandalwood fragrance you need to hold the beads directly to your nose, and it sort of fades in and out so sometimes it’s easily noticeable while other times I can hardly smell it. I’ve only found one small issue and it’s that the elastic string it’s made with can make using the beads fluidly for meditation a little difficult with how it’ll stretch as your trying to get the next bead.
