5 star service, 3 star charms I’m giving these charms 3 stars because most of the charms are not really usable (they don’t look nice at all). There are a few charms (2 or 3) that are nice looking and fit in great with the rest of my wife’s collection. I will say that the customer service is truely great. I sent them an email requesting a pack with the ribbon in it, because it represents the kind of cancer her mother has, and received an email back the next day. The person said they personally found my order and made sure that we would get the ribbon. That’s what I call customer service and if that was all I was rating this on then it would have been 5 stars all the way.

BEAUTIFUL… THIS PIECE IS REALLY NICE. THE COLORS AND HOW THE PEARLS ARE SET. MY MOTHER REALLY LIKED IT TOO BAD IT WAS TOO SMALL. BUT THAT’S MY FAULT ASSUMING INSTEAD OF ASSURITY. SO I HOPE I CAN EXCHANGE IT FOR A BIGGER SIZE. FINGERS CROSSED BECAUSE AGAIN, IT IS NICE 😉
