Talk about great customer service! I ordered this mala and it arrived quickly, but when I opened it, it broke immediately. I said this in my customer feedback. I hadn’t planned to do anything about it, it wasn’t a lot of money and I was just going to chalk it up as a loss. However, they saw my feedback and sent me a new one free of charge and I didn’t even ask them too! And the second one is perfect and I use it and wear it all the time.
