I rate this item four stars because of its quality … I rate this item four stars because of its quality and symbolize but the size is another matter I think it much too large to be a neck wear it measures are 3 inches and 2/4 of an inch down and 2 inches across and 2/4 of and inch this description could have been in place but I never bother reading I bought this for my teenager son and he mention the size was larger then he though it would be confirmeing my thoughts of this item after the shock he decided to keep this
