Neutral It was as advertised, the product came to me on time, & I had good customer service….. Unfortunately I had no way to gauge the size of the beads on the necklace before ordering and ended up ordering this product and found out it was too small when it finally came to me……my fault…… But I will just order another 1 and go a few sizes up to get the correct 1 I want
