Upon seeing my review the company contacted me to see what they could do to fix the problem. They offered a replacement bead to fit my Brighton. They were not able to find the correct sized bead, so they offered one of their bracelets to me to put the charm onto. They also stated they would remove the description of the bead fitting Brighton bracelets. I feel they went above and beyond what was expected.
