At first, I was sceptical I must admit when I took them out of the bag I was disappointed and dismayed. My ideal set of pearls was perfectly round, perfectly sized and matched pearls. If that is what you want, get a strand made for you as these are pearls only because of the material they are made of. One side of the pearls is flat and in cases you can see the glass bead they were formed around and they don’t look “finished”. not round but nice 1st. My daughter absolutely LOVES them. I on the other hand am slightly displeased. I was under the impression that cultured pearls were round. These are not. They are more oval. But I do have to say that once on they so look really nice. For the price I am satisfied with them. Besides they are for my daughter and as long as she is happy with them it’s all good. I will recommend these to anyone who askes.
