The 7 1/4-inch bracelet is finished with a 14 karat yellow gold ball clasp.
Akoya cultured pearls are produced in salt-water mollusks in Japan and China. They were the first type of pearl to be cultured, back in the 1920s, and they remain the most popular and classic choice for pearl jewelry. Akoya cultured pearls are prized for their smoothness, roundness, and gorgeous deep luster, and for their lovely color–usually white with rose overtones. Though they may look similar to freshwater cultured pearls, when the two are placed side-by-side, the Akoya pearl’s superior qualities are clear.

Good Value I got this bracelet for my girlfriend. As we were a rather young couple around Christmastime it seemed the appropriate gift. Keep in mind that these pearls will not be perfect because of the price range. The bracelet I purchased had very consistent color, shape, and decent luster. Three of the pearls had some visible surface blemishes, but that is consistent with AA grading. The clasp is beautiful for the price of the product.
View CommentGreat Value Great value, I looked at others for over $600 and they look the same, great price and just a very nice and timeless piece, don’t delay, buy this today you’ll love it or the one that you will give it to will.
View CommentVery good quality for the price Very good quality for the price. When you bring it really close to your eyes, you can definitely see defects on almost every pearl. But when you put it on, they’re not noticeable at all.Beautiful strong luster, which is the point of buying an akoya piece. :)I wish they came in slightly bigger sizes (8-8.5 or even 8.5-9) as an option, so I could spend more to get my Mom a piece.
