These 18 gauge earrings are hypoallergenic and nickel free. They come with 4 mm balls.

Product Features

  • Made with Titanium IP plating over surgical grade 316L Stainless Steel
  • 18 gauge 7/16″ (11 mm) rings
  • 18 gauge 7/16 inch hoop earrings with 4 mm balls
  • Hypoallergenic and nickel free, sold as a pair
  • How to Use a Captive Bead Ring: The ball has small indentations on either side which keep the ball securely in place between the hoop. To remove the ball, use the thumb and pointer finger to grasp it and pull away from the hoop. To put the ball back in, line up the indentations on the ball with the sides of the hoop and gently push in. For very thick gauge sizes, needle nose pliers are strongly recommended to remove the ball and place it back in due to the strength of the jewelry.

I have no idea what. The black comes off easily–not a thing that is good for piercings. Who wants black metal coating stuck in a piercing?

They look great once they are in… both the problem was getting them in. The space where the ball is supposed to go in at was too small to even get it to cuff around my cartilage, to start turning it in- with led me to have to open the gap, and ultimately get them in. But once they were in they looked amazing. I would definitely recommend that you make absolute sure that your cartilage piercing has…
