Disappointed I received this mala as a gift and thought it was beautiful, except for the one bead that was obviously smaller than the others. Broke! The mala itself is beautiful, however, the beauty of it isn’t enough to assuage my now utter disappointment and anger that the cord is of inferior quality and broke within 20 uses. Now mind you that I’ve owned many malas and treat them very gently. The thing literally fell apart as I was sliding a bead during a mantra. Ridiculous. Avoid unless you enjoy restringing your malas.
